My Christmas gift to you, well one of as there is more to come. This is a great HIIT workout that can be done anywhere in 20 mins plus a warm up. Great for when you are travelling or break up a run by adding 1 round of exercises every 1km.
HIIT is a high intensity workout that aims to spike the heart rate, speed metabolism and burn as many calories as possible in a short time. Its a great way to shift that bad mood too!
Start with 20 reps of each exercise and then drop 4 reps each round. i.e. 20, 16, 12, 8 & finish with 4
- Sit up and twist
- Push up
- Walking lunges
- Plank with leg raise
- Standing side leg raise
- Single or double leg extension
You'll feel fab and full of energy after this one!
